As a family-owned and operated business for over a century, we have deep roots in the Pacific Northwest.
We take pride in the work we’ve been doing since 1890, it all began in Totten Inlet with the tiny Olympia Oyster when our great-great-grandfather began farming oysters in the waters of the Puget Sound. Since then, every generation of the Taylor family has grown up with a passion for shellfish and for the close-knit communities and rugged landscapes of Western Washington.
