Located at 1200 11th street in Historic Fairhaven, deliciously perched on the mezzanine of the 40 year old Indie Bookstore, Village Books, sits Evolve Chocolate + Cafe. Evolve opened in September 2018 serving a local fresh fare of tasty & bold flavored foods sprinkled with their signature chocolate confections making guests feel at home with the wafting savory smells and sound of pulling espresso shots to make anyones nerves calm. All menus are created by executive chef, co-owner Christy Fox, along with wife Shannon’s creative endeavors, musings, customer feedback and seasonal local ingredients
